Monthly Pass — Personal Use Policy

The Monthly Pass is for the purchaser’s personal use only. It is non-transferable and may not be shared, lent, or used to obtain drinks for anyone else, including family members, friends, or coworkers.

All drinks redeemed using the pass must be for the purchaser’s own consumption. Ordering or collecting drinks for another person is not permitted.

If this policy is violated:

  • The purchaser must pay the full regular menu price for all drinks obtained for anyone else.
  • The Monthly Pass will be terminated immediately, with no refund for the remaining portion of the current membership period, except as required by applicable law.
  • Any future automatic renewals will be canceled.

This policy applies to both one-month purchases and recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing or using the Monthly Pass, you agree to these terms.
