Shipping Policy & Production Schedule

Regent Coffee offers free shipping when you purchase $75 or more for Regent Coffee Goods. This shipping courtesy does not apply to non-Regent merchandise of any kind.
Shipping policies are subject to change at Regent Coffee's sole discretion and at any time.

Roasting, Brewing Schedule & Handling Times

Coffee Roasting Schedule:
We will be roasting our premium coffee beans every Monday and Thursday. This ensures you receive freshly roasted coffee, as these days are dedicated to our roasting production.

Coffee Bean Orders Fulfillment:
Coffee orders will be dispatched on the following days following our roasting production days (Mondays and Thursdays).

Ready-to-Brew Pouch Production Schedule:
To make sure you get your coffee on time, please place ready-to-brew pouch orders by Wednesday. We finish production on Friday, and everything ships out fresh on Saturday.

Bottling & Fulfillment Schedule
We brew and bottle our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Liquid Espresso Concentrate during the first week of each month to ensure maximum freshness. 
Orders are shipped twice per week — every Tuesday and Friday.

Combined Orders Fulfillment
For orders containing multiple types of products, the shipment will follow the later fulfillment schedule.
For example, if an order includes coffee beans and pouches, the order will be shipped according to the pouch fulfillment schedule.

Monthly Subscription Fulfillment
All subscription orders — including our Roaster’s Choice Coffee Subscription and other product subscriptions — are fulfilled on a monthly cycle.

• Roaster’s Choice Subscription
  (includes Classic Duo, Tasting Quartet, and Pour Over Packs)
  Orders are shipped during the first week of the following month.
  To qualify for the upcoming month’s shipment, orders must be placed at least two days before the end of the current month.
• Other Product Subscriptions
  (such as ready-to-brew pouches, beans or bottles)
  These follow a rolling monthly schedule. Your first shipment will be fulfilled during the production week when the order is placed, according to our production schedule. After that, shipments will continue on the same monthly cycle.

Example: If your subscription order is placed on the 15th, your first shipment will be fulfilled during that week’s production cycle, and future shipments will follow a monthly cadence from that date.
