Barrel Aging Process:
We age our green coffee in-house using American oak barrels, freshly seasoned with our chosen bourbon whiskey. Each barrel is carefully rotated and monitored until the aromatics reach their ideal balance. Once ready, the beans move on to roasting and brewing—now infused with subtle, never overpowering notes of vanilla, oak, and bourbon character, all without any alcohol.

If you place your order after this period, it will be fulfilled during the following month’s shipment.
