Brezi is a next-generation cold brew system inspired by the elegance of Kyoto-style slow cold drip coffee and reimagined through modern brewing technology.

Unlike traditional cold brew methods that require 12–24 hours of preparation, Brezi combines a controlled hot bloom with temperature-controlled cold extraction to produce fresh cold brew in minutes.

The result is a cup with remarkable clarity, sweetness, and complexity—revealing a side of coffee you may have never tasted before.

A Different Way to Extract

Most cold brew systems rely solely on time.

Brezi begins with a controlled bloom phase, using water temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). This step helps release trapped gases, unlock aromatics, and prepare the coffee bed for more efficient extraction.

The brewing process then transitions into a carefully controlled cold extraction, chilling water to as low as 5°C (41°F). By combining warmth and cold in a single brewing cycle, Brezi captures both the aromatic expression of hot brewing and the smooth character of cold brew.
