Meet Freddy Correa, the mind behind La Primavera in Bajo Encanto. Since 2018, he's been partnering with the team, experimenting with effective processes. The latest batch spills the beans on a 24-hour cherry pre-fermentation, a 36-hour stint in mucilage, and a 15-day sun-drying process. The result? Exceptional coffee. This season also marks the return of the Pink Bourbon Creation, crafted in collaboration with Professor Cesar in Pitalito Huila. Together with producers, they've created a distinct profile for a coffee experience worth savoring. Take a sip and enjoy the flavors!
