The Coffee
Crafted from a blend of exceptional origins, selected specifically for barrel aging and cold extraction. We used to offer these as four separate ready-to-drink varieties, but after developing the concentrate, we found this version brings everything together—floral and fruity notes with a fuller body and finish.

The Barrel Aging
Our green coffee is aged in American oak barrels seasoned with bourbon whiskey.
Over weeks of careful rotation and monitoring, the beans absorb subtle aromatics of vanilla, oak, and gentle bourbon warmth — before being roasted and brewed in-house.
No flavoring.
No alcohol.
Just time, wood, and coffee.

Typical serving ratio:
1 part concentrate : 1.5–2 parts water or milk.
Please Note: Serving size will vary depending on how you prepare your drink. Though our bottles list a 6 oz serving (from our previous lower strength formula), this more concentrated version is designed to be enjoyed at 2–6 oz per serving, yielding up to 6 drinks. Shelf Life & Storage
Our bottled coffee products are fine filtered and thermo-processed to help maintain quality and extend shelf life. For best quality, we recommend enjoying unopened bottles within approximately 3 months.
For optimal results, store in a cool environment, preferably refrigerated. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 7–10 days.
As coffee is a natural product, flavor may evolve over time. When in doubt, please use your best judgment before consuming.
Like our roasted coffee beans, our cold brew is made-to-order in small batches, maintaining quality, consistency, and freshness that our patrons have come to expect.
Please note that our cold brew coffee may occasionally contain natural sediments, such as coffee oils, resulting in a slightly chunky appearance. This is perfectly normal, just give a gentle shake before enjoying for the best taste.
