The FAST DISC 63 stands as a 63mm circular coffee filter engineered with the cutting-edge SIBARIST FAST Specialty Coffee Filter technology, designed for Immersion and press coffee makers like Moka pots.
Available in 25 or 100 sheets
Leveraging the FAST technology, this filter revolutionizes permeability filtration within immersion setups, fostering high level of flow and extraction. A pivotal advancement lies in its precision-engineered flow modulation during pressing, enabling the exploration of  unrestricted recipes and ultra-fine grind profiles. This breakthrough enables the attainment of heightened extraction yields, culminating in impeccably clean yet richly bodied cups typified by the hallmark silky mouthfeel synonymous with FAST technology.
Furthermore, the versatility of the FAST DISC extends to Moka Pot applications (3-6 cups), where it ensures sediment-free brews, optimized coffee puck utilization, uniform extraction distribution, enhanced flow uniformity, and elevated extraction efficiency, all while adhering to similar grind profiles.
