Patented Strike to Cut 42mm 880 burrs with high density carbon steel of  440 grade provides a smooth and consistent grinding for continuous use.

The S2C (Strike to Cut) burrs are designed to crush coffee beans into larger size pieces before they are further processed to finer grinds. This feature enables less restriction in the grinding process, and more uniformity in grind size. The result is a more reliable, cleaner tasting cup.

Additional features like built-in silicon base protector for the grind catcher as well as clear number indicator on adjustment dial are just a few thoughtful touches Timemore team has for this grinder. A 30 gram capacity is suitable for espresso and most pourover needs and can be paired with any of our brewers offerings.
